総評
ANA does a tremendous job to offer customer the best experience.
I have been on their business class couple of times, but I have never been disappointed with their service and seats.
It's only about 4 hour flight, so the seats were 2-1-2 and not a problem.
The only one disappointment was the crowded lounge. I know it was a start of a long vacation, but their was no glasses and I didn't think enough people were their to help operate the lounge.
