JAL domestic flight in a first class cabin is the true hospitality experience. Though such a short distance and limited time to be served in full, Japanese likes the word of Omotenashi, a very useful word, you have been treated very nice way in a traditional way. Cabin attendant is well mannered, highly trained to be your hostess of the flight.
This time I was served with a Japanese wheat noodle with a light grilled sardine soy sauce and "dashi" Japanese fish broth with sweet vinegar on top of it. Very nice. This summer was sweltering hot. but the having the noodle soothe the heat off from your body. And a shochu, a Japanese liquor is the best mix.It was a little tiny Japanese "sobaya" noodle stand above 33,000 heated island.
