Would not board again - タイ国際航空 口コミ・評価

This was my first time using Thai's business class and the worst experience of my life boarding a business class compared to other airlines. I had better experience boarding an economy with Thai Air.

The check in was horrible. The economy line was moving faster than the business check in. The ground staff who was in command wasn't much help. She just repeatedly said it usually wasn't so crowded.
The boarding situation is notified beforehand, so if they know the flight is going to be crowded they should also know the check in will be crowded. It's LH's hub airport and Thai is the same alliance, so you wouldn't expect this, but it was just a disaster.

The seats were old. It didn't go full flat. It's 2-2, so not all seats were isle seats. It only had one bathroom on the 1st floor.

No slippers, so you would need to bring your own from hotels if you want slippers.

Meal was awful. It wasn't warm and they forgot to hand out everything. I noticed this because the person next to me was eating the same meal, but had more dishes than I did. Other airline has anytime dishes, which Thai didn't have or they didn't mention it.

The entertainment wasn't as many as compared with other airlines, but it was OK.

The only good thing about was the champagne which was good.
It was Canard Duchene Lenoie Brut Rose.
